Chat Header Redesign
After identifying usability and accessibility issues with the chat experience, an elegant and compact experience was designed so users can focus on the conversation.
Channel Menu
Designed a way for consumers to connect with brands on the communication channels they prefer. Brands can customize what channels show up, and how the menu looks before putting it on their websites.
Salesforce Portal Template
Introduced a new template for brands to create portals quickly, with all of the relevant components to start with — including a ready-to-use profile page and tiled navigation.
Ducati at Dreamforce
Collaborated with Ducati to showcase the power of Salesforce. Designed the Community Cloud keynote demo that was featured in front of 7,000+ customers at Dreamforce.
Community Workspaces
Redesigned the tool for community/website management to bring key community manager jobs into a single place.
